Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, it typically arrives within 1–2 weeks. Thank you for your patience while we carefully prepare your beautiful ethnic wear.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or operational issues. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Please Note : For any concerns regarding your order, kindly notify our Customer Support team within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please be advised that inquiries submitted after the third business day may not be processed or resolved. To ensure prompt attention, we recommend contacting us via email.

Restocking & Admin Fee

A standard £15 per item restocking and admin fee will be deducted from your refund. This applies even if your order qualified for free shipping, as it helps cover the original delivery costs.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Charges

Stitching, finishing charges, and all shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and complete the quality check, refunds will be issued within 3–4 working days.

Condition for Refund

Please note: Refunds will only be processed if the item is returned in resalable condition (unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging). Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
